Patrick developed the TEAM Approach shortly after joining the firm in September of 2003. As a partner, he heads the civil litigation department and is personally involved with each and every client. Patrick K. Burke has been an attorney for nine years and has appeared in every District and Superior Court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and in the Federal District Court for Massachusetts. 

Attorney Burke graduated from Nashoba Regional High School in Bolton; Worcester Academy; The University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Massachusetts School of Law, Andover.

Attorney Burke's practice is focused exclusively on trial and courtroom work. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, former Assistant District Attorney and Insurance Defense Litigator, Attorney Burke has appeared as lead counsel in thousands of hearings and hundreds of jury trials.

Attorney Burke is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Clinton Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association.
